I don't know your name or your team member name whom helped me to go through the hardest part of setup in technical issues; in order to personally commended his/her patience and hard work in providing me the excellent support. I was with other VPN Providers and none of them gave me more than 10 emails. You really did a great job that stayed focus, followed up, and persistently helped to solve the problem. What I like the most was when I sent you the email, you did respond and responded fast with adequate information that guided me to right track. Almost 150 emails exchanged for support were amazing. I never had that many emails in my life for one person. Also, you did even support on Thanks Giving while other people was off and having the beer!!! This is an A+++ service. I definitely recommend this company to my friends.

I really am starting to understand the global safety, privacy and accessibility (to my fav US online stores, etc) this service will give me. In my line of work it is especially important. Working between two COCOMs in Stuttgart,Germany and going on missions to crazy places has really highlight a need for me to be safe and protected. Most of the time I can't remote access my work e-mails, even with my CAC card and reader so I believe, based upon the reviews and what I have been told, having a vpn account with a reputable company will give me added personal security. I simply don't want anyone to know 'where' I am at any one moment after sending an e-mail for force protection reason. All the best! S
