An essential part of earning the trust of our customers is being transparent about the governmental requests we receive. To this end, Acevpn is now publishing Transparency Report quarterly on the governmental requests it has received to disclose information about our customers.
Acevpn operates a global network and is thus extremely mindful of the responsibility that comes with that privileged position. Any personal information you provide to us is just that: personal and private. We will not sell, rent, or give away any of your personal information without your consent.
We have never done:
- Acevpn has never turned over our SSL keys or our customers SSL keys to anyone.
- Acevpn has never installed any backdoor on our network.
- Acevpn has never terminated a customer or taken down content due to political pressure.
- Acevpn has never provided any organization a feed of our customers’ content transiting our network.
Data
As of April 19, 2024, No warrants have ever been served to Acevpn or Acevpn employees. No searches or seizures of any kind have ever been performed on Acevpn assets.
